Overall, product is satisfactory. Only negative point is the printed image is somewhat blurry/hazy. I just wish the image was a sharper resolution.

The topper itself met and exceeded my expectations! The artwork was detailed and the colors were beautiful.
The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it arrived torn on the edge. Even though your packaging clearly said don’t bend, the envelope was mangled and the edge torn clean through exposing about an inch of the cake topper itself.
Perhaps this critique is more about UPS than your product. But I thought you should know that your excellent product was not treated well in the delivery process.
I was able to pinch it together and my grandson was very happy!

Red LV cake pattern was very hazy and was unable to identify logo. The other LV cake pattern pink/black was ok and the Chanel was good.
Received the finished product very quick and it came out perfect. Lots of compliments, and more importantly, the birthday boy absolutely loved it on his cake.
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical when my son asked me to order this for my granddaughter's birthday party. I’m a senior and not particularly “techie”… but I ordered the topper and it arrived quickly! It was beautifully packaged and very well protected! I stored it away until it was time to get it to the bakery to be put on the cake. The cake turned out amazingly well!! My granddaughter was VERY pleased!! The image was easy to use and looked great on my cake. Between the cost of the item and shipping (not expedited) I spent $30. I knew that before I ordered it, but it really was overpriced.

Received the customized cake topper in a short period of time. The quality was excellent. It came with instructions (web link), and was easy to apply. Love it!
The topper was very well made and looked great. The only problem was that we ordered one for a 9x13 cake and the topper was much larger than that and needed over an inch trimmed off the length and width.
