They were able to get a last minute topper out and still personalized for my grandson. Yes I had to pay a little extra for 2 day arrival BUT the topper was amazing and the design was awesome. It looked great against the black frosting on the cake.. The only downfall that I have was the taste. it was a little weird. To bad they cant flavor it up some with a little sweet.

Received wrong information about shipping only to learn too late that the shipment was damaged in route. Called and was told they would reship package THAT day and that they would send me shipping info which i never received. Through UPS app i learned UPS received package 2 days after i was told it would be shipped and my package arrived 3 days after the event i needed it for. My original order was places over 2 weks in advance. I emailed my concerns aftsr i received the package and never heard back. I will not be ordering from here again.
The image arrived cracked and dried out. I paid 40 dollars total for this image. I ended purchasing one from another vender and had to triple the cost to get it here on time. What a waste.
I thought it would be plastic & on both sides. I little disappointed.
Overall, product is satisfactory. Only negative point is the printed image is somewhat blurry/hazy. I just wish the image was a sharper resolution.
As stated in the phone call and 6 plus emails, including multiple images of the product’s condition upon receipt) sent in the last week (to which I have not received a SINGLE response), my order was damaged. I paid for the product, received an unusable product due to damages incurred during shipping, called to try to submit a claim to shipper (I was the recipients and was informed that claims need to be submitted by sender), spoken to two different people, emailed approximately a dozen images and requested a response or update, and It’s become obvious that I’ll never hear from this company or be refunded the money I wasted when I bought a product that the company does not stand behind. Will never buy from again, that’s certain, and now feel as though filing a complaint with the BBB is the only other option I have.

Delivery was supposed to be expedited, paid for it, ordered on a Monday. Said it would arrive Saturday.. didnt come till Tuesday. AFTER BIRTHDAY AND BIRTHDAY PARTY!

The cake topper I purchased is very well done and cute! It arrived in excellent condition.

The topper itself met and exceeded my expectations! The artwork was detailed and the colors were beautiful.
The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it arrived torn on the edge. Even though your packaging clearly said don’t bend, the envelope was mangled and the edge torn clean through exposing about an inch of the cake topper itself.
Perhaps this critique is more about UPS than your product. But I thought you should know that your excellent product was not treated well in the delivery process.
I was able to pinch it together and my grandson was very happy!
