My son loved the personalized cake topper! Unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping, arrived in pieces once unpacked, and was difficult to apply. The box it shipped in was not robust enough and it was crushed from the sides which caused the topper to be crumble in the middle. I still used it and the birthday boy was pleased.
Everyone at the party asked where we got this cake topper. It was absolutely perfect and shipped super fast. I was a little nervous that we were cutting it close with the party, but it arrived with plenty of time to spare!

Received word that package was damaged and not delivered by ups. Company worth and sent a replacement and that 1 was also damaged and when I wrote the Company I still haven't heard back except to get this survey about how my experience was.

I highly recommend. The editable image came fast and packed very nicely. It was a huge hit at the party!
The image was exactly the way we wanted. Nice, soft texture and easy to cut. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during delivery but we were able to cover the damage with icing.
I ordered the frosting on Tuesday and have it next day delivery so that I could have it for my daughter birthday on Sunday. It didn't arrived til Monday. I TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING cakecery, no response. Such a huge disappointment for my daughter.
