The image was exactly the way we wanted. Nice, soft texture and easy to cut. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during delivery but we were able to cover the damage with icing.
I ordered the frosting on Tuesday and have it next day delivery so that I could have it for my daughter birthday on Sunday. It didn't arrived til Monday. I TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING cakecery, no response. Such a huge disappointment for my daughter.
The event was 4/18/25. I returned your unopened item. Please refund my $25.95 as your stated you would. This is my 7th request. I never order from this unprofessional fraudulent company again. I would encourage no one's shouldn't either. Multiple, emails, voicemail & chats were left & no replies. PLEASE REFUND MY $25.95! My legal counsel will be in touch!
I ordered my edible transfer late at night. The next morning I found out that the person I was doing the cake for had cancelled. I immediately emailed Cakecery and requested to cancel my order. Never received a response. Received an email a couple days later saying my order was out for delivery, so I immediately emailed them again requesting to cancel my order. Never heard anything. Couple days later received an email saying my order was out for delivery, so I immediately emailed them a third time requesting to cancel my order and then return the item. Never heard a word from them. Now I am out the money I spent on the transfer because the cake was cancelled and Nobody from this business got back to me about cancelling my order. Horrible customer service!!
Chose the wrong cake size and immediately sent a message to customer service. Then a follow up message the next day. Then a follow up message when I got a shipping notification. Then I responded to a survey request complaining about the issue. No one ever contacted me and we had to buy a second cake to accommodate the wrong size. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never shopping here again.

They were able to get a last minute topper out and still personalized for my grandson. Yes I had to pay a little extra for 2 day arrival BUT the topper was amazing and the design was awesome. It looked great against the black frosting on the cake.. The only downfall that I have was the taste. it was a little weird. To bad they cant flavor it up some with a little sweet.
