Received the customized cake topper in a short period of time. The quality was excellent. It came with instructions (web link), and was easy to apply. Love it!
The topper was very well made and looked great. The only problem was that we ordered one for a 9x13 cake and the topper was much larger than that and needed over an inch trimmed off the length and width.
