This Savannah Banana’s banner is just perfect. It’s large, thick, and very well made. The colors are bright and bold. It was shipped in a thick tube to prevent damage. The personalization made it even more special. I’m very pleased.
The cake topper was wonderful and exactly like the picture. It was super easy to put on the cake. I would advise to trim the topper to fit before moistening.

Really cool image and nephew thought it looked awesome, but even free following the instructions and applying 7 hours before eating it was inedible. Stayed like paper and people were having to pull pieces of I out of there mouth.

The design was really cool and my nephew loved it but after hours of being on the cake it wouldn’t adhere and ended up cutting like paper and had the kids complaining and pulling pieces out of their mouth.

We did not get the topper we ordered and no returned phone calls or emails I sent to correct the problem. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
This topper arrived in excellent condition and very quickly. The colors were clear and well-demarcated. I have limited experience with edible images, typically put them on fondant backing, but this icing sheet seemed a little drier than others and it buckled some when the candles were inserted. Perhaps it was the cold dry weather conditions and/or user error. Would buy again from this shop for sure :)
I ordered 2 toppers for my daughter’s 5th birthday. On one of them, there was a 1” x 1” streak of blue on her hair where it misprinted. I emailed them twice on their Gmail account and once on their website. No response. I ordered a month before that party so they could have corrected it and sent a new one in time but they never responded. They should have checked the print before they sent it out (quality control). I’m disappointed that I’m making this cake and it’s not going to look right when I’m showing it off to our guests. They need better quality control before sending and follow up with costumer service emails.

The package clearly stated do not Bend but there was a fold in one section making tiny cracks on the shipping envelope. I was kind of disappointed when i received it. It was late and I paid for expedited shipping. And then the cracks. Otherwise the piece was beautiful. Just wish I got what I paid for… on time and no cracks on the image.
